“Dreadful customer service. The item was ordered on 16 December as a Christmas present. A completely different item was delivered. On contacting customer service on receipt of the wrong item they promised a replacement in time for Christmas. A follow up call on 23 December promised next day delivery. No replacement has yet arrived and it is now 30 December. I will not buy anything from this store in future.”
