“My Ugg boots are perfect as everything I order from Hurleys always is. These are my favourite Uggs, they are as comfortable as all my other uggs with the added bonus of being waterproof. Now my feet are warm, cosy and dry in the wet winter weather.”

Thank you for taking the time to review Andy, we appreciate all feedback. As per our emails, a claim was submitted to the courier service as soon as we were able to do so and as explained it can take 30 working days to resolve, but once a decision has been made by the courier service, this can be actioned on our side. The is both ours and the couriers procedure, which must be followed. Now I do apologise, as I know this is not an ideal situation, but I can assure you this is not an everyday occurrence and will be treated with the upmost importance.
