“Have paid for boots but never recieved them. Now have to wait a month for Post Office to sort out claim. Don’t blame Hurleys but think they should find alternative delivery company. Just left with no boots and unable to afford new order😕😕”

“Was attracted to the sale price of a pair of Barbour Chukka boots online. Purchased and a few days later received an email telling me I had been refunded the money. No reason for this was articulated. I had to assume that the size I has specified were no longer available so they cancelled the order. So very disappointed with the service and wont be using again.”

“My Ted Baker cost arrived within the time frame stated, perfectly packaged and within a coat bag and topped with tissue paper! Fits perfectly and would definitely buy from them again. Thank you so much for deliverying my lovely coat on time during the busy Chris period so that not only could wear it on my first date but also when we went to London to watch the ballet!”

“good product range and prices reasonable in today's market , but web service is shocking - difficult to access and no notification of delivery of my item to store - had to request password reset twice and contact customer services before I found out my parcel had been ready almost a week. Collected the item but unfortunately had to send back due to wrong sizing - refund took too long to process and I was still getting e-mails telling me my item had been dispatched after I had already picked it up and sent it back - needs some serious tweaking”
