“I recently bought a coat for my daughters birthday. I had missed the Saturday delivery which I paid for and realised after placing the order it would not arrive in time. The next day (Saturday) I received an email which told me my parcel would be delivered Tuesday. I emailed back asking if I could pick up in store on the Monday but I didn’t hold out much hope! The lady emailed me back and ensured it was delivered to store in time for me to have it for her birthday! She even refunded my delivery! Fantastic personal communication which is lacking in most big stores! To top it all off the coat was gorgeous and reduced! Would recommend this company!!! 5 stars 🌟”

“Easy enough to order from. Took a bit longer to arrive than expected but I wasn’t in a rush. although the boots were gorgeous, they would not zip up so had to return and am currently waiting for a refund.”
