“I ordered a pair of size 6 Ugg boots in chestnut, 3 days after placing the order I was informed that I ordered the last pair and that they could not be found. I was offered a different size in a different colour as a replacement and that after Christmas I could exchange them for the correct ones. This was a crazy option so I had them refunded and order elsewhere which were delivered the next day! Only reason I gave 5 stars for Michelle in web sales was extremely helpful in handling my problem and made up for the mess that was caused.”
