“After looking at this jacket for a few months i was waiting for someone to drop the price. Hurleys did drop it from £180 to £113. Nice Jacket at a great price.”

“Purchased a ma strum jumper was a bit to big so returned it took around 4 days to get refund No free returns so have to pay return postage and Lose the postage you paid in the purchase also so £8 out of pocket really That's business though Overall I would probably use the company again if it was a brand I knew was defintley the right size so I didn't have to return 4 stars from me”

“Great product and seller delivered as promised. The only reason I have not scored 5 stars is that I have become used to receiving purchases within 48 hours of order. To be clear they delivered within their promises.”

“Bought the jacket as it was a birthday present for my child. Thought I was buying new, found out when my child unwrapped the coat that there was remnants of tobacco in the inside pocket. Checked coat over and all is OK with it. Wouldn't shop here again, purely because of this.”

“Brought a pair of Melissa shoes for my partner. Hurleys had a great price. Delivery was quick. The shoes were packaged well. I lost my original invoice, phoned up Hurleys customer care and was sent a replacement copy straight away. Will certainly use again in the future.”

“I saw the Ted Baker shoes on the TB website but they didn't have my size. I did a search and found Hurley’s had them in my size for the same price so I ordered them and received confirmation saying I’d hear again when they were dispatched. This happened and I received the shoes within days. I love the shoes they are so comfortable and true to size. Can’t fault the service.”

“Order confirmation went into the spam folder, took about a week between order and delivery but this is as described on their website. Price was good and goods as described. It's nice to be able to support an independent store offering a better price than Amazon.”
