“I never received my parcel, and have contacted Hurleys multiple times about it because they still took the money out my bank account for it. They even said they can’t do anything for 30 WHOLE DAYS!!!! Do not buy!!!”

“Bought myself the Michael Kors Monroe trainers. I am between a 3 and a 4 so i ordered a 4.. they were so big for me. I returned during the peak of lockdown so it took about 2 weeks but they exchanged for a 3 and they were perfect. Helpful on the phonelines aswell as email/twitter. Cant fault them.”

“Awful customer service, we order a lot from Hurleys but that has now come to an abrupt end, ordered one consignment off timberland boots and hat for my sons birthday and the hat had a big hole in the front, rang customer services and they quite frankly didn’t care just your usual, oh we will send you a label return it to us then we will refund you!! They shouldn’t of waisted my time and money! Do not order from these!!!”
