“Firstly the customer service is bad. Secondly they let you wait for an order too many days and after a week or so they let you know that, that specific product is sold out. Returning is even worse, they make you pay two times for the same product. I do not recommend this site.”

“Received wrong item rang and was told they had to check cctv to see who had packed it. They then emailed me a few days later asking for copy of invoice and a picture of the item I was sent and eventually said they would send a replacement. After waiting well over a week I rang to see where my item was and was told sorry it’s out of stock. I was very disappointed as this was a present for someone.”

“I purchased the ugg boots for men , for a Christmas present and so the recipient has not received them yet !! What I will say is considering I purchased the boots at a very busy time they came very quickly , with emails along the way . The service was very efficient Thank you Hurleys & Merry Christmas”
