“Jacket came as delivery terms, unfortunately one of the sims in the sleeve got a hole in it. Wasn’t able to return it as my partner needed a coat and we took label off before realising the faulty sleeve.”

“Good afternoon I’m very disappointed with your company I purchased the below product before Christmas and still haven’t received the product. Your advisor has informed me that the DX has lost the parcel and I now have to wait for a refund until they investigate it further. This is totally unacceptable, this was a Christmas gift for my son who has a disability. This has ruined my Christmas and his most especially. I demand a full refund immediately, I will take this to your local newspaper and have already published a online review about this poor company. Peter”
