“So (typically) after placing my order, I started frantically searching for reviews of Hurleys as I had never purchased from the site before. Some were great, some not so encouraging. I decided not to expect too much and just ride out the tide now that I had ordered. Much to my surprise, unlike the reviews stated, my parcel arrived within a matter of 2 working DAYS with DPD! I am SO IMPRESSED with the service, product & not forgetting PRICE! Will most certainly use again && HIGHLY recommend - Brilliant experience, even during a global pandemic!! Very Happy, Thanks Hurleys! 😁”

“I made an order on their website and they cancelled it two days later with no explanation other than it was ‘Unavailable’. Received a full refund but was really disappointed as I’d been really excited to receive it. I’ll avoid them in the future and would recommend others do the same. Once I had bought the item and paid for it I would have thought it would be mine but that’s not the case with this company,”
