“Very disappointed with one of my products , came with a stain on so therefore had to send it back but no replacement is available and it’s meant to be a Christmas present. Won’t be using Hurleys again.”

“I wasn’t contacted until 10 days after the order to say there was a discrepancy with the billing address and that my order had been cancelled. The wallet I ordered then went out of stock, I was very disappointed.”

“Frankly speaking, for so many years of experience in online shopping, with Hurleys it was the worst! The card was charged, but the item was never delivered, nor I received a tracking number for the parcel. Moreover, nobody replies on my e-mails!”

“Good service. As my parcel couldn't be be sent by DHL (actually I couldn't understand the exact reason why) I was immediately reimbursed for the extra money I had paid. I received my t-shirt after a few days and I'm very happy with it”
