“My recent purchase was some Ugg boots that I purchased when there was a 20% offer on. Sadly the boots didn’t fit me so I returned to exchange them and they didn’t have the smaller size in the same style. I then found an alternate pair to exchange the original pair with but was told I had to pay full price for these as Hurleys would not honour the 20% discount. I left the store without purchasing any new boots and got a refund for the original boots. I always shop online with Hurleys as this is the only way you can get a refund due to the distance selling regulations. Otherwise buying in store you end up lumbered with store credit which isn’t ideal. Poor customer service overall - they lost a £135 sale because they wouldn’t honour a 20% discount. Hurleys were probably right and didn’t have to honour the discount but it would have been good customer service to display. Have shopped with them a long time but now sadly all I will do is shop on line and not support the retail outlet.”

“Love this store! Its got things that are so different but also designer labels and quality goods. Got a Ted Baker tie bar made of carbon fibre for a snappy dresser as a present - it was in a shoe polish tin! Treated myself to a pair of grey Ted Baker shoes in the sale too. Great place for Christmas presents”

“I really wanted a little black purse that I could take on short trips or weekends so when I saw the Michael Kors one I knew that was the one - I ordered through the app and got 15% off - bonus! It is lovely little purse that both my daughters want to borrow - I would definitely order from Hurleys again!!”

“I recently received my first internet order from Hurleys for a pair of Ugg Bailey Button Boots. I’m delighted that I found Hurleys as I bought the boots at an amazing reduced price, they are a genuine product and the delivery was secure and thorough. “The service and communication was really fast and also nice and helpfull. The delivery was a farce. GLS is not able to deliver the goods as mentioned in theire tracking system. It is not your fault, but you should change your delivery partner. In the end you were quiet obligingnes, because the shoes had some issues. Overall, good service, ok product, but bad delivery.”

“Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered a Ted Baker dress which arrrived the next day but I had been sent the wrong size. I called Hurley’s up and was told to return it then when they had tracking of the parcel being sent they would send out the correct size. I explained that I needed it ASAP as it was for a wedding and it arrived the very next day. Mix ups happen it’s how the company deals with it and Hurley’s did a great job. The lady on the telephone was so lovely as well.”
