“Recently purchased a pair of Earrings which on arrival are much bigger than describd however I have been told I am unable to return them due to terms and conditions relating to Jewellery .....not happy at all !!”

“I still not received purchase from all sites are tracked sending, only from your they do not monitored, your employee I said that in Ukraine no tracking, it is not true !!!!! the number that I sent not monitored even in the UK You are must resend my purchase via service with tracking number , if not , I ask to return to me my money.”
