“I haven’t receive the order. It’s apparently in another country and was advised you can’t do anything about at this time. At this point I have no idea when I will receive it. This was ordered in November 26 and i will not have it for Christmas at this rate. So at this point I would u zero stars.”

Hi Cynthia i am very sorry for the delay with your order , this was is the USA at one point but has been misdirected i am very sorry for the error, the receiving country are obliged to return this to the USA for you. Unfortunately we are unable to verify how long this will take but are monitoring the tracking daily for you, i am very sorry again Hurleys

“To be honest I had never heard of this store, possibly because I live in the south of the country. However on researching the internet I found they had exactly what I was looking for, at a very good price. I was slightly nervous about placing the order. I needn’t have worried, they were super efficient and my parcel arrived within a couple of days, well packaged. It is a Christmas gift for my daughter so I’m hoping she loves it.”

“Revising my review because you responded to my late package complaint promptly. However, tracking shows me that my package got to LA 5 days ago, and then updated today saying it continued on and just now got to Puerto Rico. Why? Why did the package keep going to PR? I live in LA! You need a better system then USPS. I purchase clothes from another website in the uk and shipping cost seventeen dollars and arrived in 3 days. I guess I'm just upset because I ordered the coat on Cyber Monday for my brother's present and it looks like it now will not arrive by Christmas.”

“I’ve revently purchased online on Black Friday for a pair of diesel men’s jeans when they arrived the size was a 32 inch leg on looking at them closer and measuring the leg they was a 29 inch leg. I took them back to the Wigan store and basically was told by a assistant that if I wanted the same pair I would have to pay and extra 33 pound which to be totally honest I was appalled at after also spending quite a large amount of money over the past couple of months. It has definitely made me realise that I won’t be shopping in Hurleys again.”

“The staff at the Wigan store are a credit to the company. I’ve bought several items in the run up to Christmas and each time been served by a different member of staff who have all been great, nothing is to much trouble even when the store is really busy. More shops need staff like this they make a stressful Christmas shopping trip actually enjoyable.”
