“Really nice gilet. Had been looking for a longer one for ages and already had this in the 10, which was fine for Autumn and spring. Wanted a size 12 for colder weather so I could wear something thicker under it. Great fit”

“Item not received & when raised with Customer Services was initially advised to contact courier myself! I had not received any notification of despatch & when this was pointed out to Customer Services was advised they would contact courier but only after 7 working days from date it was allegedly delivered. This item was ordered to wear to a close family members funeral & they refused to send out replacement item or refund until after claim raised with courier after 7wd. Was left with no choice but to place order for replacement with another company whilst waiting for refund. Not a great service!”
