“US buyers beware! Hurleys does not provide return shipping. I live in the US and bought a dress for around $150. It was too big so I needed to exchange it. To ship it back was around $100! What I thought was a great deal on a great dress turned out to be a really bad deal!”

“I placed my order with next day delivery. I was then informed with an apology. This was days later. Hurleys are sorry to say but due to a stock error the item is no longer available. I received pictures of similar products. I had no choice but to take the alternative. I sent an email to say how I was disgusted that we were not informed earlier. I will not shop there again. Hurleys didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge my email. Until now asking for a review. No customer service.”
