“I ordered the ted baker sandles black with the gold bow I have had ted baker before and they are always quality sandles that last they are really comfortable I would recommend these to anyone that want comfy sandles and they look really classy wish I had got them in a different colour”

“Purchased the Ted Baker case for my daughter, which I knew she wanted. Very pleased with the purchase, and when I saw it was reduced after I had bought it, but before it was despatched, I was immediately refunded the difference I’d paid, so was really pleased with that. It was a present for my daughter’s birthday, and after the reduction in price was an amazing bargain. She was absolutely delighted with her present. Very impressed with Hurley’s service.”

“Ordered on line. Delivery very quick. Excellent service. Best price around. Unfortunately did not suit me. However, I returned it to my local Hurley’s store who were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely order again. Thank you”

“The only thing a have complain is about the GLS Service, they do not give time to answer the bell. Its very anoying because we have to go to the warehouse….very far from home. But aside that everything great!! Thanks”

“No return labeling. To ship the single pair of shorts back would have cost me $148 USD. I've got an idea, provide a return label and actually support your customers. I will NEVER buy from you again b/c if I do and I don't like the product or it doesn't fit, I'm stuck with the product anyway. Now I'm out $70 for a pair of shorts that don't fit. I would consider this in the lousy customer service category.”
