“I have bought a coat on sale online on Saturday, paid an extra £1 for quick delivery, got my coat within 3-4 working days, no any issue with delivery. The coat was brilliant, didn't fit me as it was too long for my hight, which was shame because i liked it and the price was too good!. Returned it on the following day. Got my refund within a week. I didn't have any issue at all, so would highly recommend this place.”

“I was sent the wrong product (completely different earrings) a couple of weeks ago and have still not had a reply from anyone regarding a refund or the correct product being sent. Someone was quick to pick up the customer service phone however, I was asked to send in images and evidence of the wrong product, still have not received an update/reply.”
