“Absolutely shocking faulty goods returns procedure. Leather literally peeled off shoes and when returned I had to wait over 1 month for them to check whether it was a fault !!! I can now have a refund however as I cannot get there in person as I am caring for my terminally ill father they will not accept my debit card and return slip to process ! This store is not somewhere I would buy from again !!!”
