“Bag as described. Less expensive than other sites . I love it . Great size for daytime with strap, or with no strap as a clutch . Delivery a shambles. Paid for next day (at vast cost). It didn't arrive. Hurley's don't intervene at all, and instead advise to contact their delivery company (royal mail). Hurleys engaged them to deliver . I think my contact is with them, not royal mail. I think they should take ownership to help.”
