“After having reserved an item over a week ago, yesterday they messaged me to inform me that they didn't ship to post office boxes (I couldn't find anything on the website saying that). I saw the reply a few hours later, and they had already sold the item. So rather than simply asking for more appropriate address, they sold my item, refused to give me a rain check, and will not be ordering any more of that item in the near future. Pretty aggravating. At least they gave me a full refund.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of ugg slippers and their site says "Please be assured that the size guide we use is correct to UK sizes and we will always send the UK size you select." naturally I ordered the normal shoe sizes, however they are a size too small. Hurleys expect you to pay to post them back and pay the difference as the slippers are now more expensive, even though they don't explain sizing and assure they send the right sizes. Waste of time and money.”

“Speedy purchase and delivery - 2 days! The Ugg boots are beautiful and were an excellent price. Customer service advisor was so friendly and helpfu. I am a size5 and bought a 5 fit perfectly. I recommend Hurleys and would certainly use them again without hesitation”

“First time ever to order on line didn’t get a reminder email to say product in the store called into store by chance then leaving the store the warehouse had left the security tag so had return to cashier opened the product and I had ordered small and the product was large and small boxer shorts mixed so they asked if I could return to the store 5 days later so I insisted they deliver to my home address”
