“Had to wait 2 months to receive my item due to stocking issues. My only criticism is that I had to contact the store for updates with my order. As a small business, it would have been good to hear about delays from the store instead of always having to reach out. One my item was dispatched I received it within 24 hours and they don’t use Evri - massive for me for repeat business.”

“First time I ordered my mug was delivered and had broken but it was replaced straight away. Second time there was a delay from stockist but they kept me in the loop and offered a different item/refund. Decided to stick with my original order and it arrived with much more packaging (all recyclable) so overall it's been a pretty good experience.”

“Bought a few items from Huh, they seem to blow everyone else prices out the water. The quality of the items they sell are great. Delivery has been a bit slower than normal this year over the Christmas period but they keep you updated.”

“First time using HUH. There were stock issues and delayed delivery hence the 4 stars, but all in all the product were on sale at a great price, genuine stuff and it all arrived eventually. Communication was ok too, patience paid off. I would recommend and use again.”

“One very high quality product was delivered quickly. Another was not delivered for weeks and I had to chase customer support for answers. Support was very good and responses were prompt, but the item I’d originally ordered never came back in stock, despite my having bought and paid for it. Alternatives and a refund were quickly offered. Would use the store again.”

“Items at a great price, and WHEN they were delivered I was very happy with them. Delivery was held up by a delay on the stock, however there was zero communication, I had to chase it up several times over a month. I would happily shop again, and I'd recommend them but I would advise the customer service team that they need to update customers more if delays happen.”

“The snoopy print is amazing and my mum is very happy with it. I would say the delay was annoying as no one got in touch to advise why or responded when I asked for an update. It would stop me purchasing again however, Thankyou”
