“Super slow to replying to emails. Haven’t had any communication about my return and it seems like won’t be getting my money back even though I followed all of the correct steps and know that the return has been deliver back really disappointing from a store that I thought was really cool and selling cool pieces won’t be buying from here again”

“Literally worst customer service ever. I placed an order over a month ago and have received VERY little communication. At first they responded about how late it was and now they are fully ignoring me. So rude. Would give them 0 stars if I could.”

“The item I received broke instantly, and I’ve been waiting for Huh to respond to my enquiry to arrange a return and send a new item but have heard nothing. It seems impossible to get hold of anyone and get some help. Would appreciate if someone can respond to my enquiry (56928) ASAP!”
