“First order with HUH Store and was very impressed, order was dispatched super fast, packaged very carefully - arrived in perfect condition. The items are gorgeousss so chic and beautiful. I am now eyeing other pieces from the store lol, I feel like I’ve found a hidden gem and that I can trust their edit to be only the most stylish homeware. Highly recommend.”

“Avoid!! Returned goods and got no communication from them despite multiple attempts and Royal Mail confirming the return box had arrived. Two months have now passed. I purchased two items from Huh. Firstly they sent me the wrong trousers which i wasn't too bothered by but i tried to return both items and i have emailed them three times without a response. The tracking says the good were returned 6 weeks again and i followed their instructions but i am being ignored for some reason. Please help.”

“I ordered some glasses in the first week of January. The website said 2-4 days for delivery and they still have not arrived. I have emailed multiple times and never received an answer. Terrible customer service.”

Hi Georgina, Thanks for your feedback and my apologies for the delay with your order. The item had a 2-4 week delivery time at the time of order. Your order was dispatched earlier today, however I appreciate delivery is now beyond what was expected, so my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately we haven't received any emails from you regarding the order. We have sent updates to your Hotmail email address over the past few weeks and tracking was emailed this morning also. “this is the second time I purchased from HUH. but the first time I changed my mind afterwards and they were super cool in refunding me and cancelling my order, which was great and made me feel safe to order again. And I have no regrets. super happy with my new beautiful mug. Great varieties of everything AND great customer service. I can't wait to buy from HUH. again xx”
