“This is the worst website I have bought anything from, my order was terribly delayed and incomplete after several weeks . They have a ridiculous system for contacting them if you do have an issue and they do not refund the whole amount in one go. Would not recommend under any circumstances.”

“I ordered my item to be told it was out of stock and no information on when it would be in stock. The operator “jack” was extremely unhelpful and seemed as though he didn’t care, not replying to my emails. I was then offered my order in a different colour way but offered no compensation whatsoever unlike other companies would. I will not be using HUH. Store again.”

The order was estimated to be delivered from Thursday 26th-Monday 30th, however I am yet to receive any further email with confirmation it is ready or out for delivery. I am hoping you are able to provide some information regarding the status of my order as today (Monday 30th) I have no confirmation it is out for delivery. “Do not order from this store. I placed an order on 1st Sept for a birthday present with an estimated delivery of 3rd - 5th. It did not arrive and there was no communication on any delay. I contacted customer service and was informed two days later that there was a delay and the estimated delivery was the following week. One more week and still no delivery or update, despite the item still being available on the site. After several more emails, I eventually cancelled the order; the birthday now being several weeks ago. I have now been waiting for 13 days and still no refund.”

“Ordered a backpack from them on the 23rd of September with latest expected delivery on the 30th. Didn't hear anything from them and so emailed to say I haven't received anything. They said they were having some issues but hopefully will have a delivery date soon. Two and a half weeks later im told there is still an issue and they don't know when I will be able to receive my product but when I go on the website I can still order said bag and have it delivered within 3-5 working days, yet im still waiting for one ordered nearly a month ago. There is no way to call customer service. The delivery dates of 3-5 working days must be about their customer service because that is how long it takes for them to get back to you and when they do it is to say sorry there is further delay with no answer to questions or anything helpful. Avoid this website at all costs, terrible communication and they just take your money and don't give you a product in return”

“I placed an order for an item costing £120 - I was really happy to get a 20% discount codde as a new customer as the jacket should have beeen £150, so that was GREAT. However, the expected date of delivery was 3 - 7 days later but I had not received the jacket after 10 days, neither had I had a despatch notice. This was a really dissappointing turn around time. I contacted HUH, I received an apology and reassurance that the order would be posted that day. It was and I received it the next day.”

“Wish I could give no stars. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order 2 months ago, half of it turned up with no expected date for the rest. I emailed chasing multiple times with no reply. One other item eventually came but I returned immediately and still haven’t received a refund. The remaining item I have cancelled and am now waiting on a further refund. No apology, no explanation, like talking to a robot!! Avoid at all costs!!!”
