“I placed an order with HUH in August 2024. I have still yet to receive my order despite emailing them several times. Initially I had an apology and assurance that it would be delivered. As nothing arrived after a further follow up, I then emailed and asked for a refund - HUH having taken my money at the time of order. I have had no response to this request and still no goods. It's extremely frustrating that there is no contact number for the company and an email system which states that if you try to email again, you will go to the bottom of the queue again. Their chat line never seems to be available so is legal action my only option? Or do I have to write off my money? Appalling service.”

“Placed my order 9th November. 11th of November I was emailed stating item was delayed and would be delivered within 7-10 days. 20th November, still no delivery or update. Contacted them without reply. Received email 21st November stating item being dispatched soon? Delivery 4-5 business days? 2nd December no update. Contacted them and again no response or update?”

“I made an order on November 16th On November 18th I received an email telling me there was 7-10 day dispatch delay. I have emailed and had no response. I have had no update on my order its now been over two weeks since the dispatch delay. I don't know how to get a response or how else to contact huh store :(”

“Ordered for next day delivery before the cut off time but have not received any update or tracking since. It has been 4 days since ordering and no response from customer service and no number to call. Will likely avoid shopping with HUH again due to lack of customer service.”

“Waited 2 months for the first part of the order to arrive, never received the second part. Got a refund but still was charged for the shipping. Missed daughter’s birthday. Absolutely useless. Lesson learned - don’t trust ads seen on instagram. Avoid HUH store if you want to avoid disappointment”

“I ordered a HAY coffee table on 25/11/2023, and after months of waiting that I was told was due to shipping delays, I requested a refund on 11/07/2024. I was informed that my refund of £188.30 would be processed within 3-10 business days. Despite numerous calls to customer service, which have gone unanswered, and countless emails met with generic replies, I have yet to receive my refund. The customer service has been appalling, and I find it incredibly frustrating that four months on I am still having to chase this.”

“Product took 6 weeks to be delivered. Had to chase them constantly. They were still showing the item as in stock the whole time, tricking other shoppers into placing orders they couldn’t fulfill within reasonable timing.”

“Have been trying to get in contact with them for 9 days regarding my exchange, no response at all. (My return arrived with them nearly two working weeks ago) Unfortunate as I really wanted the exchange. If I don't hear anything by Monday I'll have to file a chargeback with the credit card company. Disappointing as was a good price and I do really want the item.”

“Awful service, took a month to recieve half my order, other half didn't arrive. Had to chase at every stage, they were not upfront with the fact they didn't have my items to send. Would never use them again.”
