“Ordered a Carhartt hoodie for my daughter’s birthday - was expecting this to take three days but it arrived on two. Great service and kept informed at every stage. Would definitely shop here again.”

“The store sended me the wrong back. I orded a weekendbag but recieved the bagback. So I orded the bag once again and returned the first one. By returning I forget to included a form, so I contacted the store. There where some emails over and back but I never recieved a solution about any refund.”

Hi Lisandra, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about the initial error with the wrong item being sent to you, and I'm glad that was rectified and the correct item was received. The return you made, as you say, did not include any paperwork. When we receive an order back without the paperwork, we have no way of telling where or who it came from, so cannot allocate the return. This is now being looked into to see if we can locate and allocate the refund for you and thank you for assisting with that process. Many thanks, Jack

“I ordered a jumper almost two weeks ago and unfortunately there's been no update to its shipping status. To get clarification of what was happening, I emailed the store twice and haven't had a singe reply. I'm in no crazy rush to receive the product, but wanted to make sure it's still happening. Disappointed with the service.”

“I still haven’t received refund over 3 months and have sent dozen of mails they are just ignoring! On top of that I even left messages on Instagram they cancelled all of that. Give my money back!!! Worst customer service ever.”

Hi Amie, Thank for your feedback. Looking at your account we have received over 90 orders from you, all of which have been delivered in a fast and timely manner. As such, we would disagree that you have received the "worst service ever" across these many orders. To date, we have not received any returned products or orders from you. “I did not get a confirmation of my delivery tracking number and had to follow up the day after the supposed delivery date in order to get an update. It looks like my order had fallen into the cracks. Then I got a 10% refund for the purchase which I though was nice but the minimum.”
