“Ordered an item. Took a while to arrive. When I initially asked where it was I got an answer which was fine. Asked again as it was taking far too long to arrive. Product is great though! Might order again if I can get regular updates if there is a delay for any reason”

“I ordered 2 Carhartt T-shirts in the sale. One arrived very quickly but the other was delayed by a week due to stocking delay but it wasn't a major issue. Good product range”

“The products were as pictured but the descriptions are a little off. It says the backpack I ordered should have a laptop section but it doesn’t. Despite that it’s still a nice bag. I paid a little extra for next day delivery and they arrived on time. Really happy”
