Placed an order for next day delivery (paid extra) when item didn’t arrive within 2 days I contacted via email to be told a response would be with me 5 days, also posted comments on Facebook posts but these were quickly removed as they would be seen to be showing negative feedback. Received an response via email to say the item wasn’t in stock (this was not made clear on the product page or order process) and it should be with this week, this hasn’t happened so I’ve now asked for a refund, we’ll see how long this takes to happen. Sadly wouldn’t use them again due to poor communication and being unreliable Update - quick to respond to email this time and refund has been issued and should be with me in the next few days - still would have been nice to have add the item for when it was intended or made aware when placing the order that the item wasn’t in stock - maybe this could be rectified for future

I ordered an item a week and a half ago, and the item was meant to be delivered in 2-4 days. No problem with a slight delay but have had nothing commnunicated to me and can't get in touch with anyone via customer service, so unsure what is happening with the item.

Order was not delivered within intial timescales and had to contact the company to chase after no contact from them. Answer to my query took a few days to come back and the tee was eventually delivered almost 3 weeks after order.

I received my package over a MONTH after its initial delivery date, and the communication from the team was incredubly slow or absent. I received one day with no warning, after I threatened with a bad reviex, asking for a full refund. They let me buy the bag when they did not even have it in stock! Borderline scam.

I eventually got my order about 7-8 weeks after placing it- I understand that they were waiting on stock but after being advised I would be receiving it imminently I still waited another 3-4 weeks, customer service very bad in not responding to emails- I am still waiting for a proper update on what happened, why they were so far out in their delivery estimation. And a further apology another 4 weeks down the line. I hesitated at writing this review but no reply from customer service since my email on 20th June decided its fate

This was my 2nd order from the HUH store, 1st order was fine, emails were received and goods were delivered when advised, however, the 2nd order was different, no emails were received to say goods had been dispatched, the delivery window came, and went, and despite 2 emails and even messages on Instagram, did not have the courtesy of a reply, goods finally received 8 days after the latest delivery date, which was pointless as already on holiday, good is fine, however, the communication from HUH was abysmal

Product great. But took weeks to arrive rather than the stated 2-4 working days. I’ve tried to follow-up on this via email. However, have to wait a week to get a reply - if I get one at all

I didn’t paid second day delivery fee and did not receive an email to say it was coming after 3 days so I had to email them myself to ask where it was. They then let me know that there would be a delay which turned into a 4 week delay. The person I was emailing offered a refund due to the delay and I accepted. I received no reply to this first email accepting the refund and no reply to the second. I then emailed the seperate support email again and no reply. I have now received it even though I wanted to refund but I don’t really recommend ordering through here.

I ordered items to post to America, they did not arrive on time to get to the US in time, i asked well in advance to cancel the order, but this request was ignored and the items were posted to me 3 weeks late.

Placed order online. Didn’t get an email order confirmation and when I tried to send an email to the email address listed on Paypal payment, I received a “delivery failed” notice. Made me think I got scammed. But after creating a request via their website someone replied in a few days, saying I would get an email once item was dispatched. Took ages. I ordered at least two weeks in advance for a birthday present and it was still late.

The items are of good quality and delivered promptly. However, I had to wait two months for an exchange for a damaged item. After hearing nothing from repeated requests to send a replacement, I finally wrote to the manager at the returns address as live chat was never available and there is no number to ring.

Customer service lacking. Slow responses, sometimes none. Must not be able to cope with demand, otherwise there wouldn’t be a constant backlog. Can be summed up with style over substance. Would prefer to support independent, but think this only goes where

Items were still undelivered after 3 months, so I requested a refund. I am still waiting for that refund one month later. Emails and messages ignored, Insta comments deleted. No replies or communication, £259 down.

I ordered it and paid extra money for next day delivery, however, it was delivered after 4 days. It is so sad that they said they would only refund the extra money for me, they didn't lose anything. and the refund has not gotten it yet.

Terrible customer service. Bought a table in May this year with a 3-6 week lead time. Ended up taking 4 months to arrive and struggled with getting updates from Huh Store. They don't have a customer helpline number so communication only possible via email. Kept being told order should be with me shortly but didn't arrive. I eventually submitted a complaint via email a couple of weeks ago. Never heard anything back but then table arrived at my address out of the blue and with no prior notification of imminent delivery. I will avoid buying anything from this company in future.

Hm, I debated whether to give HUH 2 or 3 stars. I've had good experiences with you before, but this time I can't say the same. I ordered an item that was apparently out of stock, but no one communicated this to me so I waited 2 months for someone to let me know... then I had to follow up and at that point the person said I could choose another item and after I did that it still took 2 weeks to get the item that was apparently in stock. So this time it wasn't a great experience... but I do love your items.
