Ordered jeans on 9 Dec 2024 for a Xmas present. Received them 2 and a half months later! If items are not in stock you should convey this to the customer so they can decide if they want to go ahead with the order or not. I would have gone elsewhere if I’d known this would take so long to arrive. Terrible service.

I ordered a t shirt as a Christmas present in December 2024. I was informed that the delivery would be delayed just before Christmas. It did not arrive at all and I forgot about it in the rush of New Year. I then emailed in January and received a reply that I would receive a refund. This did not arrive but a few weeks later, an email landed in my inbox, saying my delivery was on its way. Finally, over two months late my item arrived. What an incompetent business. I woukd never order from Huh again and urge others not to do so.

Customer service has been abysmal. Having made an order at the start of January and revising two consecutive emails saying the order is delayed for 10-12 working days - which is fine - I have since chased multiple times with slow response times. I understand orders can be delayed but I have now requested a refund 4 times and each time and met with a generic response that the order is going to be delivered imminently. Seriously frustrating. Please refund me.

Pretty bad service to be honest. Have ordered from the website twice and both times deliveries have been massively delayed with very little updates. Both times the items I ordered were ‘in stock’ on the website as well but suddenly out of stock once the order goes through. Feel you need to be a bit more transparent with your customers. Thought I would give them a second chance on this order but had to wait around 7 weeks for the delivery in the end. Pretty frustrating and won’t likely order again.

Had to wait 2 months to receive my item due to stocking issues. My only criticism is that I had to contact the store for updates with my order. As a small business, it would have been good to hear about delays from the store instead of always having to reach out. One my item was dispatched I received it within 24 hours and they don’t use Evri - massive for me for repeat business.

I’ve had a terrible experience with HUH. They couldn’t deliver a christmas order time so told me would the order would be cancelled. It’s almost March and I still don’t have a refund, instead they posted the items 2 months later. Getting a response is almost impossible, all they’ve caused me is hassle.

From my own experiences with independent retailers I must say this has unfortunately been one of the worst I’ve purchased from. Don’t get me wrong, previously I would have recommended HUH to friends and family for streetwear, but I’ve made my last purchase. No wonder their comments on social media are turned off, because the HUH team won’t want potential customers knowing fellow customers experiences. An order I made in November 2024 didn’t arrive until February 2025 - when the item was on sale for cheaper over this period. Since December I’ve emailed, filled out the online form and messaged on social media and still awaiting a response. Even for this review, no wonder they’re offering a £5 gift card if you do write a review. Good companies can rely on word of mouth. Take this as a learning point HUH team, I genuinely hope that this is a bump in the road that you can sort it out.

Totally pathetic customer service. Item ordered in December and after numerous emails no delivery and then after requesting, no refund. Pure garbage. Really fed up and willl now look legally to retain my money.
