Ordered and paid for item on 10th December. Received email to say it was delayed and would be the standard 7-10 day delay. Despite emailing 3 times for update no response and still no item. I have requested to cancel the order but still no response! Don’t buy from this company.

This platform appeared trustworthy, but after I made my investment, I was unable to access my funds, and all communication with their support team was cut off. Their team was professional, didn’t require any upfront payments, and guided me through the entire recovery process. To my relief, they recovered my entire £277,400. item delayed and still not arrived 6 weeks after ordering. no updates given. no responses when sending emails to find out when my item will be delivered, very poor customer service.

Unbelievable.... I can see you've wrecked a few peoples chances of providing their family and friends with a gift this Christmas. It's Christmas Eve, and instead of wrapping the gift I ordered for my wife (which I thought would arrive on time), I'm left figuring out which items from the petrol station round the corner she might like. Fingers crossed that she'll happily accept a Twix and a head torch over the Carhartt clothing I ordered at the beginning of December. Either way, your commitment to being a holiday buzzkill is truly unmatched. So thanks for that. While I’d love to spend Christmas explaining to loved ones why they’re receiving absolutely nowt, I’d prefer a resolution instead. Could you confirm whether my gift is in transit, in a warehouse, or lost in the ether of late refunds and bad customer service? Please respond quickly—ideally faster than your shipping. You've been absolutely useless!

Still waiting for an item which I ordered on 30th November (it is now Christmas Eve). What is even more worrying is that the item is still for sale when it cannot be fulfilled. Unbeknown to me my son also tried to purchase the same item a few weeks later, and after taking his money (including paying for next day delivery) he received an email a few days later to explain there would be a delay. If you already know you cannot fulfill older orders you should NOT be taking money for new ones. Offering refunds is not enough when you are making false promises. The first and last time I will use this company.

As many are sharing the same reviews unfortunately I am experiencing the same appalling customer service. No communication regarding order placed 5/11/24 despite attempts to contact and request refund as of no use now for a Christmas gift -raising dispute with credit card is the next option!!!

Ordered on Nov 29th and like everyone else was informed of the 7-10 day delay but it has now been 15 working days with no updates on the status of my order at all. The customer service rep Jack has let me know that they apparently know as much as I do despite working within the business and the next update on my order for both of us will be the dispatch email (but of course there is no way for them to estimate when that might be). They’ve offered refunds twice but other reviews have me hesitant to take them up on it as it seems as though they don’t rush to get peoples money back. Really disappointing service.

Placed order (paid) on 2nd Dec, where no suggestion made about stock levels. On 4th Dec received an email from HUH to say due re-stock levels there would be a 7-10 day delivery delay. No further word, so emailed on 18th to see when they'd be delivering - frustrating as no tracking information. 19th email from HUH to say due to re-stock delay they don't yet have a delivery date !! Given this for Xmas, and still need to buy a gift, asked how long refund would take - now to wait for a response. Just so frustratingly clunky and definitely not user friendly. Why take order / payment for a £70 sweatshirt if you have no stock. So angry

So far I am not satisfied with this company. My order was not delivered and proof of delivery map (no photo) is not for my area of the uk. Huh have not responded to two emails advising them I have not received and that the proof of delivery they have is not to my location. As with most items ordered in December these are gifts and i need replacement sent or a refund. Communication is needed.

I had an email stating that my order was delayed but would arrive 7-10 working days. It has gone over the deadline and now Huh will not respond to my emails. This is a christmas present so I would like some reassurance that it is on its way or a refund so I can shop elsewhere before it's too late. Very annoying and seems to be a pattern with Huh!!

I understand it’s a busy time of year but if you can’t offer a service then you shouldn’t advertise you can. I placed on order on the 15th and paid for next day delivery. I have not received my item nor has it even been shipped yet. I have had no email communication from HUH.Store to say item has been dispatched or there has been a delay. I can see on the site now that the item I have ordered is now out of stock. I would just appreciate some form of communication so I can either cancel the order and get a refund or that my order has been shipped. I have emailed to ask for an update but have yet to receive a reply. Unfortunately reading other reviews, I can see that this seems to be a regular occurrence. My product didn’t arrive so I asked to cancel my order on the 27th November and no refund has been given STILL on the 18th December. It has gone way past the 3-10 business days in which they said i would receive it in. Scammers.

I bought an item and paid for next day delivery. I needed this ASAP to replace a jacket i broke unfortunately. I still didn't receive any notification of diapatch after 2 days from order the Item (I ordered on a Saturday, i wouldnt expect you to disparch it on Sunday). It is embarassing, it is Tuesday afternoon amd no notifications at all. I will never buy anything from this shop anymore, not even with a 50% discount from any other price on the market. They don't even have alower proce than other, why would someone buy from these scammers?

One very high quality product was delivered quickly. Another was not delivered for weeks and I had to chase customer support for answers. Support was very good and responses were prompt, but the item I’d originally ordered never came back in stock, despite my having bought and paid for it. Alternatives and a refund were quickly offered. Would use the store again.

My order was out of stock & took 2 months to arrive. I was never given an option to cancel and refund it. It was very difficult to get hold of anyone to find out any information at HUH. When, it finally arrived in two different boxes and the first arrived fine and the second was never delivered to my address and the tracking number from Royal Mail gives an error so I am unable to find it. Very bad service from start to finish. Still waiting to get some money back from my order that never arrived.

I placed a order on 25th November it had said it will come it has been 20 days from that and I had an emails regarding it was delayed I have emails multiple times asking how long it will take as it Christmas soon and I’m very disappointed, hopefully I will get an answer on here

Absolutely love my little Carhartt haul from HUH. The first parcel arrived so quickly despite Black Friday, and the second a little later but I was updated the whole way through. Such good finds, thank you HUH!
