“Ordered my items 7 days ago and no update on dispatch or delivery. I've called and emailed the customer help several times with no replies. Can someone just tell me whats happening with my order. I want a refund or my items asap.”

“Returned trousers I bought and forgot to include my details in the parcel. Forwarded the tracking details to the company along with my order number so they could pair up the return and process my refund but said they couldn’t refund me, resulting in me having to create a dispute through my bank. Will not be using again.”

“Customer service has been some of the worst I have received, they sent my order in split deliveries 2 weeks apart and I had to chase to get some correspondence on this as nothing was said from their end regarding the second half of the delivery being sent. I then returned both items as the second one arrived too late then after constant chasing for my refund. There were weeks between replies from the company at times, I followed their returns process as specified and it took 6 weeks for them to action a refund, with no actual minimal apology for the really long delays/ responses. Really disappointing.”

“This is the worst website I have bought anything from, my order was terribly delayed and incomplete after several weeks . They have a ridiculous system for contacting them if you do have an issue and they do not refund the whole amount in one go. Would not recommend under any circumstances.”

“I ordered my item to be told it was out of stock and no information on when it would be in stock. The operator “jack” was extremely unhelpful and seemed as though he didn’t care, not replying to my emails. I was then offered my order in a different colour way but offered no compensation whatsoever unlike other companies would. I will not be using HUH. Store again.”

The order was estimated to be delivered from Thursday 26th-Monday 30th, however I am yet to receive any further email with confirmation it is ready or out for delivery. I am hoping you are able to provide some information regarding the status of my order as today (Monday 30th) I have no confirmation it is out for delivery.
