“Pretty delayed delivery of my item (still yet to receive 8 days later after purchasing Royal Mail tracked 48H). Understand it was Black Friday recently but I’ve been left in the dark with order updates and haven’t even received a follow up to my email over a few days ago. Disappointed.”

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your feedback and my apologies for the delay with delivery. We are running behind at the moment due to the high demand during Black Friday. Your email was received on Saturday at 4:55pm and was replied to very quickly, one minute later, at 4:56pm confirming your order would be delivered this week. Please bear in mind this was replied to out of office hours. You sent a follow up yesterday (Tuesday 8th December) for further delivery information. Shipping confirmation and a tracking number were emailed across shortly after on the same day, confirming delivery on Thursday, in line with our original response on Saturday. I feel our communication has been very swift and accurate in terms of delivery timelines. My apologies again that your delivery was beyond the original 2-4 business days due to the high demand at Black Friday. If you need anything else we are also available on live chat on the phone.
