Hi Joanne, Thanks for your feedback. It looks like your pre-order was delivered 6 weeks from the date of order, so my sincere apologies this was beyond the 2-4 week delivery estimate and for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately some items have been taking longer than usual to come into stock due to the import break over Christmas / New Year. “I ordered some small storage crates back at the end of December. It is now 21st February and they are still yet to arrive. It's madness. I was even charged for shipping. If an item is out of stock the retailer should not be taking payment for that item and then expecting customers to wait over 2 months for delivery?!?”
