This was my first experience buying from HUH and from the off, the communication was great (big thanks, Jack!). Although the item was temporarily out of stock, I was kept informed throughout. Great to have prompt, friendly and efficient response. Delivery all went through smoothly too. So I will deff be purchasing from them again. Happy customer :-)

My item arrived damaged so I contacted the store and they were quick to organise a collection then I heard nothing, numerous phone calls later and 4 weeks to the day they received my item back my refund has arrived in my bank account, not great service I’m afraid Very disappointed

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your feedback and my apologies again that your order arrived damaged. I'm happy to hear collection was promptly organised for you. Returns are unpacked and processed within 10 business days of receipt. I can see the refund was issued for you on 11th April to your original payment method and an email was sent to you to confirm the refund had been issued. It can take between 3-7 business days for the funds to show on your statement. Please take into account the Bank Holiday Friday and Bank Holiday Monday. Ordered some dining chairs, pendant light and other home furnishings back in December 2021. Although we were expecting a 2-3 week wait on the items now we are almost 5 months on and still awaiting on our final item. Other items turned up after 3 months. No proactive customer service despite spending a significant sum. It’s 50/50 whether you will get a response to an email or call. Got tired of chasing in the end.

Bought 2 Hay French Press as gifts to friends. One was damaged in the package, emailed customer service 7 days ago, still haven't heard anything yet. Unable to give it to my friend either. Disappointing shopping experience.
