Orderd on the 6th of Jan, said it was delayed 7-10 days, no issues there, however had no updates after this, emailed again, still no understanding, will not be ordering from here again, as i still havent got my order. Nor any information

Useless, ordered an in stock Hat as a Christmas present. Once purchased was told it would be delayed so I requested a cancellation and refund which was agreed. Nearly 6 weeks of chasing and no refund. Terrible communication. Avoid like the plague

Ordered on 11th January, money taken from account and still no delivery. I had a dispatch delay email on 14th January. We are now on 24th January and no update has been provided. I have tried contacting the store through various channels and I have not received any response. Won't be ordering again any time soon.

I ordered a jacket and was told it would arrive in 3-5 days. After 6 weeks no sign of the item and eventually got a response after multiple chasers to be told it would be another 6 weeks. I requested a refund and was told it would be given in 3-10 days, 4 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund and noone from HUH. every replies to the support queries. Company is a scam I won't ever be using them again.

Ordered an item on 14/11 - was told there would be a 10 day delay on shipping. Item never arrived. Asked for a refund on 28/12 and still yet to receive the refund (20/1 when writing) pleasant service from customer services but replies have stopped and have 0 hope I will be refunded or receive the products. Not good - do not buy from this store.

Ordered almost 4 weeks ago, only one item turned up 20 days later. I have emailed multiple times but received generic email response. Now disputing via my bank.

Awful service, I would strongly advise not buying anything from this store. Ordered a carhaart scarf on 18/12/24 & paid for next day delivery - 1 day later email telling me a delay in dispatch & next day delivery charge refunded (hasn’t been) Told 7 - 10 days. Hoped might at least come for son’s birthday 02/01 - no reply to emails then told warehouse closed over Xmas until 6th jan. Emailed on 7th jan to ask for update - ‘Jack’ replied on 10th jan saying awaiting restock. Appalling - I believe the stock was never there when ordered on 18th Dec, but they are happy to accept the order & money and then delay tactics +++ Asked on 10/01 for immediate full refund - reply to me 15/01 saying they will & should receive funds 3 - 10 days. I have absolutely no faith this will happen! If it does I will come on here and at least acknowledge it. However Shocking service and I believe this is a business model designed to scam customers sadly. DO NOT USE

It has now been a month since I ordered. Initially was told of a 2 week delay, then no further correspondence. I only got a response from them following previous review on Trustpilot advising I could request refund. It has not been a week since I requested this and no further correspondence from them once again. This was due to be a Christmas present, so very disappointed in their poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Order #132563

If I could give no stars I would. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company. Ordered a coat which didn’t arrive so emailed the company. Said I could cancel order and get refund as unsure when would come into the warehouse. Cancelled order 17Dec still waiting on refund. Now not responding to my emails.

Sadly, this is the second time I have been urged to cancel due to stocking issues. When I placed my order on line, on each occasion (in the last few months three pairs of trousers, two different orders) they were indicated as being in stock. I would not waste my time ordering something not in stock and risk forgetting about them if they never turned up. I have to ask if this is a business ploy? Get people to place orders with you regardless of whether you really have the items or not in the hope that you can get supply from the manufacturers in the meantime? I hope someone is looking at your business model because change is needed; I can not imagine ever ordering from Huh again, too much hassle, too unreliable.

Ordered an item for Christmas. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 days. I had to repeatedly chase where the item was and after 1 month I was eventually told the item would now not come until January (approx 8 weeks after I ordered). I asked for a refund, 3 weeks later I am still waiting. Terrible service, I will not be using this company again.

I ordered a Christmas present during the Black Friday sale, it arrived Jan 8th. Which I wasn’t happy about obviously. There was no apology and the communication about the order was poor.

I ordered a tshirt on 4th Dec for a Xmas present. After 2 weeks I had to chase and I was advised they didn’t have the item in stock. It’s 12th Jan now, I’ve not received the item, nor a refund, nor any sort of adequate response from them. They take days to reply to chases, don’t apologise, and feed me the same excuses every time. Order from here at your own risk! They are a shocking company.

Ordered a top on 8 dec which was in stock, day after order got email saying it was on back order. 3 emails asking for a refund and nothing, they didn’t provide one. Top I ordered was then discounted in the sale. Arrive out of the blue on 8 Jan.. 1 month after order. No apology, no refund, no communication. Customer service is the worst and still eating on a refund on the sale price. Shocking.

Ordered on 19th December and paid £7 for next day delivery. The order has still not been dispatched. The reason behind this is because they’re closed between 23rd December to 5th January. Absolutely disgusting.

Very poor. Order placed for 2 cups in early November. Told shortly after that there was a delay and I’d receive them in 7-10 days. This would’ve been ok as still in time for Christmas however no sign of delivery. No info from company until I chased them up. Eventually one cup arrived mid December and another in a substituted colour in January.
