“I submitted an order 2 weeks ago. Despite constant chasing, have had no reply or updated. Most likely a scam company. Avoid like the plague. Am talking with my bank about fraud.”

Hi Aidan, We replied to you in less than 24 hours on Saturday at 9am. Pasted below: -- Hi Aidan, Thank you for your order. I'm sorry to say there has been a slight delay receiving some of the new stock from Långsam Run Club, our sincere apologies. We now expect to be delivering to you next week. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation & tracking via email and delivery will be with a next day service. Again, our sincere apologies for the delay and any inconvenience it has caused. We will keep you updated on the delivery. Many thanks, Jack

“Worst customer service I have ever received. Order 4 items which were all in stock as per their website. The items have arrived individually over the course of 2 months. All items didn't fit so have had to send these back as individual items at my own expense. All items have now been returned and my refund has not been processed after several weeks. I have sent over 15 emails chasing them and they keep choosing to ignore me. They have essentially stolen money from me. I have opened a case with my bank for fraud to try and recover the money. NEVER order from this thief.”

“I haven't received my order. Your order #124334 is not on its way. My address is 31 Barnes House. E2 9DN. Yikes. Feels like weeks. I have lost weight since I ordered these jeans. Could have bought food with that £50”

“I ordered an item a week and a half ago, and the item was meant to be delivered in 2-4 days. No problem with a slight delay but have had nothing commnunicated to me and can't get in touch with anyone via customer service, so unsure what is happening with the item.”

“Ordered an item. Took a while to arrive. When I initially asked where it was I got an answer which was fine. Asked again as it was taking far too long to arrive. Product is great though! Might order again if I can get regular updates if there is a delay for any reason”

“Order was not delivered within intial timescales and had to contact the company to chase after no contact from them. Answer to my query took a few days to come back and the tee was eventually delivered almost 3 weeks after order.”

“Hi, I ordered a Rains jacket at the beginning of June and it has never been delivered. I've been in regular contact with HUH Store but only get a message from them every couple of weeks. They offered a refund last week but nothing has come through. Terrible customer services and now I'm worried I'm not going to be refunded. Don't shop at this store.”
