“We have been chasing an order made in May and despite numerous emails noone has been in touch. There is no phone number to call which I find very odd and their London store is closed, I will amend this review if someone gets in touch. *We have now been told that it will be delivered soon, I will update when and if order arrives.”

“Ordered an item with a 2-4 week delivery , now in week 7. Very difficult to get hold of them - 5 days to respond to email and no one answers the number they have on website . Late delivery may not be their fault but poor communication and customer service is .”

“I’ve shopped at HUH. for years and have never been disappointed. Everything from clothes to furniture, they always deliver. Customer service is excellent and shipping is reliable. They also offer regular discounts which is great. I’m on their mailing list; they don’t harass you and always feature great products. 10/10”
