“Ordered lovely plate from HUH, the original colour being out of stock however was happy to go with the exchange. All dealt with smoothly and I have since received the item (speedy dispatch too!), and very pleased with it. HUH store always have lovely things on the website so I am sure I will find something else to purchase(!) Thank you”

“Such easy purchasing, consistent order updates and great customer service. Items arrived promptly and in perfect condition (possibly could have cut down a little on the amount of packaging though). Great purchasing experience and love the collections on offer. Will buy from HUH again. Good to support independents!”

“Customer services; Room for improvement, prolonged delay responses by email were few far and between. Was not given frequent updates on outstanding orders. Delivery; Estimated 2-3 weeks dispatch became over 3 months due to import delays. Other than an apology with a preference to cancel, I would of appreciated a gesture of good will gift card to spend at HUH.Store.”
