“Updated- customer services replied same day and issue resolved. (Placed order for “in stock item tote bag” on a 2-4 day delivery. 7 days later still not despatched. Tried contact customer service can only email- auto reply back to you within 5 days! Very disappointed as wanted this for my travels tomorrow and no time to find an alternative.)”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you are not happy with the amount of time to receive a refund. I can see we split your order at no extra cost on 6 March, dispatching all in-stock items within 2 business days of your order being placed. On 14 March, you requested to cancel the remaining items. This was promptly confirmed and processed on 16 March. Refunds take between 3-7 business days to show on your statement. “I have rarely written a website review however I have had a bad experience. I placed an order at the beginning of December for a christmas gift and despite emailing and trying to make contact I only received half of my order at the beginning of April. Nobody has responded to my emails about why the second object I ordered hasnt been delivered. Complete waste of my time and money and your staff were not helpful in reassuring me that my orders would be delivered. If anybody reads this review can you please contact me and tell me where the other half of my order is? Order #97782”

“The order was missed , I contacted 1 week after and then it was placed . Then 1 of 2 items arrived . Then they said other item OOS . Then I said I’d have a refund , then the item arrived , then they asked if I wanted to send it back . I had lost the will then so kept it .”
