“I ordered items to post to America, they did not arrive on time to get to the US in time, i asked well in advance to cancel the order, but this request was ignored and the items were posted to me 3 weeks late.”

“I had ordered an item that stated there was two pieces left in stock and a week had gone by with no shipping confirmation which they had then said there was a stock issue. They said that a full refund would be processed or I could exchange it, I had asked for a refund and I had to then ask how long that would take and my emails have been ignored.”

“I ordered a bag from this store. When I didn’t receive it I sent an email. The bag was no longer in stock, they refunded my postage charge and I later received the bag 2 months after purchase. I want happy because it was a birthday present Now we have the bag the problem is resolved”
