“Huh have sent a different size than the one I ordered so I reached out to them over a week ago and had no response so now I have the wrong item with no way to resolve the issue. Also I returned another item over 10 days ago it have not had it refunded.”

Hi Oliver, Thank you for your feedback. The Gramicci brand is sold in the Asia sizing as opposed to the EU/USA sizing, as we find this to be closer inline with other UK brands. The information about sizing can be found on the product page. I can confirm the correct item was dispatched to you. You are of course welcome to return it to us should you wish if the fit is not right. Simply follow the return instructions on the website. “Please be aware! There is only a 14 day return window and you have to pay the postage to send items back. I had purchased something in advanced for my husbands birthday but didn’t notice the return policy. Won’t be purchasing from here again!”

The returns policy can be found on the website and we do advise checking this prior to purchase if you're at all unsure about the item. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your wish to return the item, followed by a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
