“Easy online ordering and item arrived as described. No issues whatsoever. I had my eye of something and waited for the sales. I signed up for the newsletter so I was informed of holiday period discount early - and it was a decent discount price. Good price and good service. Thanks.”

“HUH. Have a great selection of products and great to shop. Order arrived quickly and well packaged. Only criticism would be the returns process which feels a little outdated without a returns portal like other online retailers.”

“Great product and price. Only downside was delivery - purchased on a Sunday evening for next day delivery, but it didn’t arrive until Wednesday unfortunately, which was when I needed it for. Could be a Royal Mail issue not the company. Lovely item though.”

“As the HAY boxes I ordered had to be ordered from the supplier before despatch, it took a few weeks to receive them, but HUH. Store kept me updated with regular emails. Once they were ready the arrival was speedy and minimal (but still protective) packaging was used which I appreciate from a sustainability point of view.”

“Pretty good overall! I didn’t initially notice that my item was a preorder item, so was surprised by the four-week lead time. Upon visiting the site again, I realised it was flagged as being a pre-order item - but think this flag could be a little more prominent.”
