I placed an order over 12 weeks ago for some Hay lampshades. At the time, delivery was expected in 3-6 weeks. After the 6 weeks past I got in touch and exchanged emails back and forth where each time I was promised it would be 'dispatched within a fortnight' or 'you'll have it by the end of the week'. Since then I have been in touch to try to cancel the order as it still hasn't been dispatched but these emails are going unanswered. I am disappointed to see that others have faced similar issues and that this is not a standalone incident. Since making this review, Huh has cancelled and refunded the order.

Ten weeks after ordering a rug (with an estimated delivery between 3-6 weeks) and my emails (plural) requesting for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be processed were going unanswered. Previous emails (plural) sent following various missed delivery milestones (“it’s on the next shipment” … “we’re now expecting it next week” etc.) were answered promptly. Within hours of submitting a disappointing review here, I did receive an email to confirm that my order was cancelled and that a refund was being processed.

The order was missed , I contacted 1 week after and then it was placed . Then 1 of 2 items arrived . Then they said other item OOS . Then I said I’d have a refund , then the item arrived , then they asked if I wanted to send it back . I had lost the will then so kept it .

My order was placed in Nov at the first place, part of it was delivered and I still haven’t receive the rest until now☹️

Not impressed - I had to reach out to customer service to be told that an item wasn’t in stock, and the order took 3 weeks to be dispatched. Won’t be arriving for Christmas despite being a Black Friday purchase!

Ordered an item with a 2-4 week delivery , now in week 7. Very difficult to get hold of them - 5 days to respond to email and no one answers the number they have on website . Late delivery may not be their fault but poor communication and customer service is .

My item arrived damaged so I contacted the store and they were quick to organise a collection then I heard nothing, numerous phone calls later and 4 weeks to the day they received my item back my refund has arrived in my bank account, not great service I’m afraid Very disappointed

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your feedback and my apologies again that your order arrived damaged. I'm happy to hear collection was promptly organised for you. Returns are unpacked and processed within 10 business days of receipt. I can see the refund was issued for you on 11th April to your original payment method and an email was sent to you to confirm the refund had been issued. It can take between 3-7 business days for the funds to show on your statement. Please take into account the Bank Holiday Friday and Bank Holiday Monday. The inside of the bag smelled like rotten fish… I guess it is due cheap fish oil they use for leather. In process of by deep cleaning my new bag , very annoyed…

Hi Tomas, Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with the RAINS backpack you ordered. The item is made 100% polyester with polyurethane coating. In some cases faux-leather can have a slightly unpleasant smell shortly after production due to the processes involved, but this should soon dissipate. The delivery of the item on purchase was 2-4 weeks. It took just over 8 weeks for the item to be delivered and I had to chase for updates.

It looks like your pre-order was delivered 6 weeks from the date of order, so my sincere apologies this was beyond the 2-4 week delivery estimate and for any inconvenience caused. Good evening, it’s has come to my unfortunate attention that the purchased FERM LIVING UNO CANDLE – SALMON did not quite meet my expectations, I was anticipating a gloriously elegant drip of wax to gently dribble in slow motion fashion down the shaft of the FERM LIVING UNO CANDLE. My disappointment was quickly established after the first 30 minutes into the burning procedure. Not a dribble in site! Absolutely distraught.

Pretty delayed delivery of my item (still yet to receive 8 days later after purchasing Royal Mail tracked 48H). Understand it was Black Friday recently but I’ve been left in the dark with order updates and haven’t even received a follow up to my email over a few days ago. Disappointed.

Hi Matthew, Thank you for your feedback and my apologies for the delay with delivery. We are running behind at the moment due to the high demand during Black Friday. Your email was received on Saturday at 4:55pm and was replied to very quickly, one minute later, at 4:56pm confirming your order would be delivered this week. Please bear in mind this was replied to out of office hours. You sent a follow up yesterday (Tuesday 8th December) for further delivery information. Shipping confirmation and a tracking number were emailed across shortly after on the same day, confirming delivery on Thursday, in line with our original response on Saturday. I feel our communication has been very swift and accurate in terms of delivery timelines. Loved the products when they FINALLY arrived....unfortunately 6 months after ordering. Customer service disappointing as failed to keep me regularly updated - I had to chase for updates. Appreciate the issues were with suppliers but my advice to HUH would be to only allow customers to place orders where items are in stock, or be realistic about length of delays. Initially I was told 4/5 weeks. Not a great customer experience and no apology once I received my goods.

Lovely products but delivery (still waiting for my package 2 months on) is ridiculous, and customer service is mediocre. I've had a couple of emails go unanswered and when I do get a response it is never apologetic despite the huge delays in receiving the item. This has seriously put me off ever ordering from the website again. I do understand that the shipping delays are due to Brexit, but I have had several orders from Europe that have arrived on time with no issues. It is the lack of communication that grates me.

I ordered these candles as a Christmas present on the 25th of November (6 weeks ago) and my order still hasn’t been shipped. I’m extremely disappointed.

Ordered something which wasn’t available... wasn’t told this until I chased twice as delivery date had come and gone. Previous order took far too long to arrive (3weeks). They got good stuff but long delivery and non-arrivals isn’t worth the gamble.

Only half my items were delivered. When I asked for an update on the missing item, I was told a new one would be sent. It’s been a over a month and still nothing. Not even a tracking/confirmation
