“Terrible customer service - taking weeks to respond to messages. In the end I had to request a refund from my bank via the chargeback scheme - which luckily came through. Avoid this company - but elsewhere.”

“Ordered 2 items, one of which they then contacted to me to say was out of stock so shouldn't have been available to buy. I then requested a refund for this product and a month later still have had an further communication! They've taken my money for a product I didn't receive and then are ignoring all follow up emails, not impressed! This is the first review I have ever left!”
