“Ordered something which wasn’t available... wasn’t told this until I chased twice as delivery date had come and gone. Previous order took far too long to arrive (3weeks). They got good stuff but long delivery and non-arrivals isn’t worth the gamble.”

“Have been waiting over 6 weeks and still no goods received, ordered 26/08/20. Have emailed for an update on status of order 2 weeks ago to ask when likely you receive but no courtesy of a reply. Really poor service level”

“I placed an order for a rains bagpack which said it would be dispatched in 1-3 weeks it’s the 4th week and yet still no dispatch, I’m not happy with the service, paid a lot for the bag and yet still not received my item that I paid for, also paid for delivery yet you still have not provided the service.”

“Absolutely appalling customer service. VERY hard to return goods - Didn't respond to my email for 7 days, no phone number, Instagram responses unsatisfactory.”

Hi Lynda, This is not a fair representation of our service. Customers are responsible for returning goods and we clearly note that the courier you use must be able to deliver to a PO Box. Asking us to reimburse the cost of two postage attempts due to an error you made is not something we feel is fair. Many thanks, Jack

“Only half my items were delivered. When I asked for an update on the missing item, I was told a new one would be sent. It’s been a over a month and still nothing. Not even a tracking/confirmation”
