“Avoid buying from this website! They're selling items that they don't actually have in stock, giving you bunch of false promises about your order, I finally managed to get my refund after 2 months of chasing”

“Bought a t shirt off the website, only to find they had. I stock. Wasn’t ins mad rush, but didn’t expect to be chasing them for month with minimal communication from their end. Imagine my surprise to find out the item was stock and they couldn’t be bothered doing their housekeeping and following up on back dated orders. If I hadn’t emailed glagain for the 4th time I’d still be waiting(still waiting on a response from them). Bit of an unprofessional Mickey mouse establishment.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my Order which was delivered at 11.30 this morning - quite remarkable as I only placed my order at 4.00 pm the day before. I received emails telling me exactly where my Order was and updates on its arrival - I was convinced that I had been scammed as surely at this time of year with the volume of orders no way could this be my goods. Not only was the speed of delivery exceptional but the quality of the goods were superb - every item high quality and presented beautifully. My daughter and partner are big Caharrt WIP fans and I will definitely be recommending and using HUH Store for future purchases. HUH Store - you are Simply the Best keep up the good work.”

“I ordered a grey Heather Hoody for my grandson for Christmas on 31st October 2024 this was delayed and only turned up the month after but I was informed at every step of delivery and would definitely order with HUH again in the future. Thankyou”

“I ordered this with next day delivery however it took a month to arrive. The delivery was refunded but I had to chase it up as it had not been refunded weeks after I was told it would be.”

“I placed an order with HUH in August 2024. I have still yet to receive my order despite emailing them several times. Initially I had an apology and assurance that it would be delivered. As nothing arrived after a further follow up, I then emailed and asked for a refund - HUH having taken my money at the time of order. I have had no response to this request and still no goods. It's extremely frustrating that there is no contact number for the company and an email system which states that if you try to email again, you will go to the bottom of the queue again. Their chat line never seems to be available so is legal action my only option? Or do I have to write off my money? Appalling service.”

“Placed my order 9th November. 11th of November I was emailed stating item was delayed and would be delivered within 7-10 days. 20th November, still no delivery or update. Contacted them without reply. Received email 21st November stating item being dispatched soon? Delivery 4-5 business days? 2nd December no update. Contacted them and again no response or update?”

“I made an order on November 16th On November 18th I received an email telling me there was 7-10 day dispatch delay. I have emailed and had no response. I have had no update on my order its now been over two weeks since the dispatch delay. I don't know how to get a response or how else to contact huh store :(”

“Ordered for next day delivery before the cut off time but have not received any update or tracking since. It has been 4 days since ordering and no response from customer service and no number to call. Will likely avoid shopping with HUH again due to lack of customer service.”

“Waited 2 months for the first part of the order to arrive, never received the second part. Got a refund but still was charged for the shipping. Missed daughter’s birthday. Absolutely useless. Lesson learned - don’t trust ads seen on instagram. Avoid HUH store if you want to avoid disappointment”
