“Reading all the reviews about excellent customer service, I would agree it is when I speak to anyone on the phone: but, when it comes down to getting any delivery, it’s dreadful. We ring and are constantly told the delivery will be whatever day, they don’t deliver on the day so we then ring & are then told ‘apologies blah blah’ lack of drivers, but they have our number, could they not phone. This hasn’t happened once or twice, it seems to happen every time.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this further and I have spoken to the York depot, I have since then been in contact with yourself to confirm day of delivery. I am really sorry that you didn’t receive the delivery on the date you were advised and that you had no phone call to confirm this. This is not our usual practice. I have made sure our York branch are aware that this has happened before and they have assured me that it won't happen again. We have faced a lot of shortages with our drivers in the last couple of weeks and I apologise your order is taking longer than our usual delivery times. Please accept my sincere apology and I will make sure this doesn’t happen again. All the best, Beth
