Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We have looked in to this for you at our York depot. Your gas delivery was out on the day specified however unfortunately the driver ran out of time to be able to deliver that same day. When our York Depot Manager rescheduled your job he should have informed you by telephone and we can only apologise that he didn't inform you. “Honestly these guys are awesome in particular the lovely Clare who has gone above and beyond to ensure that I have enough gas for the bank holiday weekend for my street food catering van. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone! Thank you so much”
