“Very poor service with late deliveries and poor system of tracking cylinders, which resulted in being over-charged for rentals. When disputed, innergy refused to engage with us and threatened immediate court action through a CCJ. Very aggressive action and no intention of working to resolve issues. Will never use again.”

We are disappointed that you have raised concerns in relation to our delivery service as we take great pride in meeting the expectations of our customers. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate any previous queries from you in relation to our delivery service. We would welcome the opportunity to investigate this matter further if you are able to provide us with specific examples of the instances to which you refer. innergy complete periodic cylinder reviews and cylinder statements are produced based on invoices and delivery notes produced at point of delivery. innergy does not charge any rental for cylinders used with a supply agreement. Issuing a CCJ is the very last step to take in the case of unreturned cylinders and something that we try to avoid. We are sorry that this is the action we had to take, and we are grateful you were able to settle the invoice. Kind Regards, The innergy Team

“The gas bottle delivery was completed without a problem, but I asked for advice on some maintenance work required on the tubing and indicator, and despite ringing a 2nd time to ask for this, I have still not recieved it.”

You mention that you have asked for some advice on the maintenance work required on the tubing and indicator for your LPG equipment and we can confirm that the driver has inspected your pigtails for you and there didn’t seem to be any visual damage. We apologies if you have not been informed that this check was done. Please could you contact our Head Office and ask for Niamh who will help with your query further.
