“We used this company for a while never had a problem Until last we I was working away and phoned asking if I could have one 19 dropped of at my address as I was working away and was told it was to late so that was fair enough so I said I’d go to the Goole branch as I was stuck only to be told I’d have to have empty’s I explained I was way in front with them as the driver picked up loads over the weeks as he is always on our site She told me no I didn’t and will have to have one I don’t tell lies especially over gas . So I told her take my name and account off as I won’t use them again Yesterday the driver was ion our site I asked him didn’t you take my empty’s he said yes I took a few So I asked him to tell the office I was correct and I don’t appreciate being made to feel like that I’d been a good customer over the time”

“Returned one full and one half container, expecting a contributing refund. The current policy will encourage inappropriate disposal and poor contribution to environmental issues.”

Hi Neil, Thank you for leaving us a review. I have included some further information to explain why we are unable to refund for full and partially full cylinders. When cylinders come back to us, they have to be returned to our supplier where they have to expel the gas. This is because there is no way of knowing if a cylinder has been tampered with on its journey after filling. Gas filling companies must comply with the legislation in the Weights & Measures Act 1985. The law explains in detail that sales of goods with a quantity less than stated is illegal, this is the main law which LPG companies use to decline to offer a refund for returned cylinders with gas (or measurable products) inside a sealed unit.
