“The white bread, bagels and sub rolls are a total game changer, especially if you’re following a low carb way of eating. Loved the bagels especially. My order was delayed, but CS kept me informed. Everything arrived well packed and fresh. I divided everything up into individual servings and put them well wrapped into the freezer. I’ll be back for more!”

“I bought the obsessed bundle and have tried the lighter white , bagel and cinnamon raison loaf so far, had them all toasted and really enjoyed them, I think the bundle is good value and very nice quality for lo carb products. Bundle arrived quickly, nice and fresh, I put them straight in the freezer and use them from there. Will definitely buy again. Favourite so far was the bagel.”

“Whilst the products are great, service times are poor. I have ordered twice and on both occasions the products have arrived later than I would have expected. Also a product I ordered was deleted and the first I knew was when I got a credit notification - if a product isn’t available then don’t let people buy it on the website (surely the website should be updated in line with stock levels?). Whilst I can understand that this is a small growing company, using this as an excuse is really not good enough. If you can’t afford to improve service levels or ensure good stock control, then perhaps your business model is wrong?”

“I received the two heylo white bread I ordered but bitterly disappointed to say they arrived mouldy so had thrown them away. Waste of £15. Needless to say this is my first and last order.”

Hi Maria, We are so sorry to read that you have experienced these issues regarding mould/shelf life. The hotter summer months and difficulties with delivery services have proven a huge obstacle for us these last few weeks. We have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to come up with a solution to our shelf life issues and we have now rolled out a recipe improvement across ALL our bread products that will guarantee up to at least 5 days shelf life from you receiving the product (this will even stand true if there are a delays of a few days with postage for any reason). Heylo customers are so often over the moon with our product that it breaks our hearts a little to see that we have fallen below this standard for you. Our promise is to do everything we can to rectify problems when they happen - and your case is no exception. You will of course be refunded or have a replacement for your original order. We are going to get in touch privately shortly to speak with you about sending you some free samples of our new and improved products for you to try. “I am so happy to have low carb breads to enjoy as I am diabetic. However, I am also vegan, for over 50 years now, so am extremely disappointed that in this day and age of scientific breakthroughs and greater compassionate understanding, there is not a soft bread substitute that does not exploit/torture other beings. Please could you attempt a soft white version that does not contain milk products??? Thank you.”

“Best artisan bread ever!!! On my 2nd order via Amazon. Good long dates on the bread as there's only me eating it so great it lasts. I've been having 2-3 slices a day and it hasn't knocked me out of ketosis still getting good high readings. Haven't had any issues with DHL so far has came within a day or 2. Not ready to try the white bread just yet as it's higher carbs so I'd have to cut back somewhere else for that or have less of it. Is quite expensive but I'm happy to pay it because it tastes great not like most keto almond flour bread which I've found is vile, and doesn't affect ketosis win win for me. Well done Heylo you've cracked it.”

“we were given a loaf of Heylo Bread to try and subsequently placed an order. Frankly, had we known the company used DHL we would not have bothered. The only way we can let companies know that DHL are so bad is to stop placing orders.”

“Just Wow! Placed my first order on Thursday night and my box of goodies arrived Saturday evening. Everything looks and smells fantastic. Have never been able to find good quality low carb bread products. This could be a total game changer! I think I may become addicted to Heylo shopping.”
